We use the collected data to provide cloud synchronization, generate geographical heatmaps of your soil data, and send periodic measurement reminders.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide stable global services, we use secure third-party platforms including Google LLC (Firebase for auth/database, Google Maps for location visualization) and Kakao Corp.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Hard Delete)

If a user requests 'Account Deletion' within the app, all related data, including uploaded photos, project folders, and database records, will be immediately and permanently deleted from our cloud servers. This process is irreversible.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not and will not sell your personal data (including GPS location and photos) to any third parties for commercial purposes.
• Right to Know and Access: You can request to know what personal data we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: As stated in Section 4, you can request the permanent deletion of your data at any time via the app settings.
• Purpose of Sensitive Data: Your GPS location and camera (photos) data are strictly used to provide the core services of SANDOBARO (e.g., pH mapping and plant diary) and are not used for tracking outside the app.
