• Optional (When using specific features): GPS Location data (Latitude/Longitude for mapping), Photos, Memos, Project names, and Push notification tokens.
• Partner Verification: Images of agricultural business registration (or equivalent documents).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide cloud synchronization, send periodic measurement reminders, and generate visual insights. Verification documents are used strictly for the purpose of approving 'Global Data Partner' status.
Global Geographical Mapping: Your GPS location and pH measurement data will be strictly anonymized (stripped of any personally identifiable information) and used as statistical data to build a 'Global Integrated pH Map' shared with other users worldwide and affiliated B2B/B2G organizations for research purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide stable global services, we use secure third-party platforms including Google LLC (Firebase for auth/database, Google Maps for location visualization) and Kakao Corp.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Hard Delete)

1. If a user requests 'Account Deletion' within the app, all related data, including uploaded photos, project folders, and database records, will be immediately and permanently deleted from our cloud servers. This process is irreversible.
2. Images submitted for Partner Verification will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days after the verification process is completed.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not and will not sell your personal data to any third parties for commercial purposes. Data shared on the Global Map is fully anonymized and non-identifiable.
• Right to Know and Access: You can request to know what personal data we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: As stated in Section 4, you can request the permanent deletion of your data at any time via the app settings.
• Purpose of Sensitive Data: Your GPS location and camera (photos) data are strictly used to provide the core services of SANDOBARO (e.g., global pH mapping and plant diary) and are not used for tracking outside the app.
