These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DxTerra ("Company") and the users ("Members") regarding the use of the 'SANDOBARO' application series (Pro, Plus) and related services.
1. Members can request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all associated account information and measurement data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
2. Members may apply for 'Global Data Partner' status by submitting required verification documents. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke this status based on internal criteria.
1. The Service provides AI-based soil pH analysis, logging, and GPS-based mapping features. Third-party APIs (such as Google Maps) may be used to visualize your measurement locations.
2. Global pH Map: While you retain primary ownership of your uploaded content, you grant the Company a royalty-free license to use your measurement data (GPS coordinates and pH levels). Before any external use, this data is strictly anonymized (de-identified) so it cannot be traced back to you, and is utilized solely for building statistical public features such as our 'Global Integrated pH Map' to benefit the worldwide agricultural community.
3. The anonymized statistical data described in Section 2 may also be provided to and accessed by affiliated B2B (Business) and B2G (Government) organizations for agricultural research and policy development.
The AI-based pH measurement results, heatmap analysis, and plant recommendations provided by the Service are for reference purposes only as auxiliary indicators. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for any agricultural or commercial decisions (e.g., crop cultivation, fertilizer application) made based on these results, nor for any resulting crop damage or financial loss.
