These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DxTerra ("Company") and the users ("Members") regarding the use of the 'SANDOBARO' application series (Pro, Plus) and related services.
Members can request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all associated account information and measurement data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
The Service provides AI-based soil pH analysis, logging, and GPS-based mapping features. Third-party APIs (such as Google Maps) may be used to visualize your measurement locations.
The AI-based pH measurement results, heatmap analysis, and plant recommendations provided by the Service are for reference purposes only as auxiliary indicators. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for any agricultural or commercial decisions (e.g., crop cultivation, fertilizer application) made based on these results, nor for any resulting crop damage or financial loss.
