These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DxTerra, a sole proprietorship operated by Sejin Kim ("Company"), and users of the 'SANDOBARO' application series (Pro, Plus) and related services. "Members" are users registered through Kakao, Google, or email. "Service" means the features provided by each product, including Pro measurement logging and GPS maps, and Plus plant records, photos, and care reminders.
1. Members can request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Account information and linked measurement data are deleted without undue delay on completion of account deletion. Statutory retention and deletion procedures are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Backup storage alone does not justify keeping personal location information due for deletion.
2. Members may apply for 'Global Data Partner' status by submitting required verification documents. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke this status based on internal criteria.
3. Measurements made as a guest may be migrated to a member account through the process presented at login. Guest identifiers and records may also be stored on the server depending on the features used. The Privacy Policy explains this processing and how guests can request deletion.
1. The Service provides product-specific AI-based soil pH analysis, saved results, photos, measurement history, and periodic care reminders. Reminders require the user's settings and browser or device permission. Pro provides maps of GPS or user-designated fields and measurement points, long-term record storage and retrieval by point and session, and distribution and change comparisons. Plus focuses on plant photos, measurements, and care notes and does not request device GPS permission. Pro's location features and related data use are addressed in the Location-Based Services Terms, which need not be accepted solely to use Plus. The Privacy Policy explains external map and other services.
2. Global pH Map: Users retain primary rights in their uploaded content. The Company may process and aggregate soil measurements for service improvement and statistical maps within the scope of service provision and applicable law. External statistics omit UIDs, field names, and original measurement points. Coordinates are grouped into 0.02-degree cells (about 2 km north–south, with east–west distances varying by latitude); only cells with at least three distinct contributors are displayed, with times reduced to the month. These thresholds alone do not establish anonymity. Use is limited to a form that does not identify a person, following assessment of combination risks and any further processing needed.
3. These non-identifying regional statistics may be provided to approved partners, businesses, and government or public institutions for agricultural research, soil distribution analysis, and policy development, including under separate partnership or use agreements. This is not a blanket sale or transfer of users' original photos, notes, or personal location information.
4. The Company does not pay users a separate data-use fee for use within the scope necessary to provide the service and prepare these statistics. Acceptance of these terms is not deemed separate consent to use personal location information for another purpose or disclose it to a third party. Required consent and procedures are governed by applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and the Location-Based Services Terms. Original records are not retained after their purpose ends without a lawful basis.
The AI-based pH measurement results, heatmap analysis, and plant recommendations provided by the Service are for reference purposes only as auxiliary indicators. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for any agricultural or commercial decisions (e.g., crop cultivation, fertilizer application) made based on these results, nor for any resulting crop damage or financial loss.
